Over those years, I witnessed a growing disconnect, a chasm between the aspirations of job seekers and the evolving demands of the market. I saw brilliant minds struggling to find their place, and innovative companies missing out on the talent they needed to thrive. And that's when the seed of an idea began to sprout: to build a bridge. Today, that seed has blossomed into ZADZ International HRC, a recruitment firm dedicated to closing that gap.
My journey, as an HR professional, an MBA graduate, and in Psychology, has provided me with a deep understanding of people, their motivations, and the complexities of the modern workplace.
